Platform Data Analyst
Responsibility:
- Work with teams in different locations. Fluent with reading, writing and speaking English
- Collaborating with engineering and other stakeholders to understand data relationships
- Ability to Gather and store data from different systems
- Ability to process the data using tools like BI, scripting, Excel, Pivot tables, elastic search, splunk and other tools
- Ability to understand the data looking for descriptive and predictive situations
- Ability to chart out data and to report out on a monthly basis
- Experience working with cimtrax, idera, and other drift management tools correlating data with Service Now Changes
Platform Data Analyst
Degree in computer science, math or a similar field.
- Experience with data management
- Experience with data analytics and tools
- Ability to analyze data and create descriptive and predictive models
- Experience with Scrum lifecycle or similar methodologies.
- Experience with the Windows and Linux/UNIX/Windows operating system.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Strong problem solving skills
- Works independently and collaborates well with others
- Experience with service management tools, monitoring tools, excel, and powerpoint
